Main Lodge Deposits

30% of quoted price required. No reservation is held more than 30 days without a deposit. 50% of the deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before reservation date. Deposits are non-refundable 90 days before reservation date. Damage / cleaning deposit also required.

Smoky & Outpost Deposits

33% of price per each person required. No reservation is held more than 30 days without a deposit. Additional 33% required 30 days before arrival. 50% of the deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 90 days before reservation date. Per person deposits are non-refundable 90 days before the reservation date. Any changes or cancellations affect the package price. Unrefunded deposits do not apply to group billing, and cannot be carried forward.

Cancellations

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we are forced to adhere to a strict cancellation policy. 50% of the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellations or changes before 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations or any changes to the existing booking within 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, charges will apply as stated:

• Full cancellations or no-shows – deposit is non-refundable
• Early departures/Unused portions of package plans and reservations – there will be no refund
• Reduction of days booked – prorated part of initial deposit will be non-refundable and will not be applied to the remainder of the booking

We strongly recommend travel/cancellation insurance.

All rates are subject to current Federal and Provincial taxes. We reserve the right to accept or decline any reservation. Rates are subject to change without notice.
