What to bring
Bedding Linen and Towels
Settler’s Lodge, the Octagon cottage, our two bedroom deluxe cottage #2 and #9 as well as the waterfront motel rooms come fully equipped with bedding linen and towels. All other cottages don’t include bedding linen and towels so they have to be supplied by the guests. The bed set up is available under the individual cottage section. Don’t forget to bring your beach towels.
Groceries
There are only a few small stores in the closer vicinity but there is no real grocery store in the Port Loring area. We strongly suggest that you bring all your groceries with you. The closest grocery stores are in North Bay, Parry Sound or Sudbury. If you plan to shop on your drive up we suggest stopping in Parry Sound or Huntsville.
Toilet Paper
We supply a start supply of toilet paper. Please bring enough toilet paper with you that will last for your entire stay.
Kitchen Equipment
All our cottages are fully equipped with standard kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, etc.). There is a microwave, a toaster and a coffee maker in each cottage. If there is special kitchen equipment that you like to use we suggest that you bring it along with you.
